Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial Gold R71ENC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Iss-1 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Janitza-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Isi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Iss-1 such as the QAO75100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UMG503 manufactured by Janitza-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Janitza-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A67211 by Manufacturer Isi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Johnson-Controls Brand ASAHU1011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Innova such as 2781000021 equipment made by Innova have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Innova products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Innova" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5230 made by Ixrf-Systems-4460 as well as the popular ODE32400583F4X original spares produced by Invertek-Drives

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 35AAAADDBA1BA by Jc-Manufacturing and 2781000021 spares by Innova are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
